Data deletion

SwipeClue does not create checker accounts or keep a saved copy of your profile text, conversation, screenshot, or generated report in a SwipeClue database.

Clear a current check

Select “Check another,” refresh the page, or close the browser tab. This clears the result and preview from the current browser session.

AI provider records

When AI analysis is available, submitted content is processed through the OpenAI API. OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default, though abuse-monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days. Those provider-controlled logs cannot be deleted through SwipeClue. See OpenAI's API data controls.

Website and support records

Hosting providers may retain limited technical security logs. If you contact us by email, the correspondence remains in the support mailbox until it is no longer needed. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing contact@swipeclue.com from the same address used in the original message.
