Refund policy
A paid report should open after confirmed checkout. If it does not, tell us and we will make it right.
What you purchase
Choose one complete report or a one-time three-report pack. The checkout report uses the first pack credit; two remain linked to the browser wallet for 12 months.
If delivery fails
Email contact@swipeclue.com within 7 days with the Creem order or checkout ID and purchase email. Do not send private dating content, card numbers, or identity documents.
Resolution
After verifying the order, we may restore access, reconnect credits, provide replacement credit, or refund a technical delivery failure.
Completed digital reports
Successfully delivered reports are generally final except where law requires otherwise or the report was materially defective. Non-waivable consumer rights remain.
Payment processing
Creem is merchant of record and handles payments, taxes, receipts, chargebacks, and approved refunds.
