Use SwipeClue for private decision support—not proof, surveillance, accusation, or exposure.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be 18 or older and have the right to submit the content. Use results privately to support your own judgment and in compliance with applicable law.
Prohibited use
Do not use SwipeClue for stalking, harassment, discrimination, doxxing, biometric identification, public accusations, intimate or minors’ content, malware, scraping, abuse, or bypassing security.
Automated analysis
AI and OCR can miss, misread, or misunderstand content. Check evidence yourself and never treat a report as proof.
Purchases and delivery
Single reports and three-report packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits stay linked to an anonymous browser wallet for 12 months. Recovery lasts up to 2 hours and private report links up to 7 days. Keep the Creem order ID.
No guarantee
SwipeClue may miss risks or flag harmless language. It does not verify identity, perform a regulated background check, or guarantee intentions or safety.
Changes
The service and these terms may change as features evolve. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
